Guest guest Posted May 16, 2010 Report Share Posted May 16, 2010 Avocado Mayonnaise (an LSCDL recipe) 4 ripe Haas avocados Juice of one large or two small lemons ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon white pepper Peel avocados and remove pit. Cut in chunks, then puree together avocado chunks and lemon juice with a hand blender. Add salt and pepper and blend again.
