Guest guest
Our digestions prefer staying in the " middle " . The professor of the nutrition class I'm taking right now (she is a clinical dietician) has said with every lecture: " digestions need to stay in the middle of the road " . Not too much of one food, nothing too difficult, nothing unexpected, variety over days, add new foods slowly, whole foods over processed foods and supplements, small meals frequently... Just -- the middle [grin]. Kim M. SCD 6 years > > It's a matter of finding what you need.
