Guest guest Posted November 12, 2001 Report Share Posted November 12, 2001 Ranae: I have this when my iron is low, eat more carbs than I should, and when I eat on the low side of protein,which for me is 100grams a day. Protein really helps, and just eating more food. I sometimes feel guilty eating more food, but I guess it is what my body needs. I think the more I fret over it, the more I want it.
