plastic surgery/insurance question(s)

hi all,

I have a few questions:

I am changing insurance in January and need to know if anyone has had

experience with Cigna PPO, as far as plastic surgery.

The tummy tuck and hernia repair I am certain will be covered, as the hernia

is huge.

However...what are the chances of a breast reduction/lift being covered by

insurance.

Also, the arms are horrid! Has anyone had the arms fixed via insurance?
