Is Fage Yogurt Just As Good As Homemade Yogurt?

I am daunted by the task of making homemade yogurt. Was the brand called Fage

even on the market in 2005 when Elaine Gotschall passed away? Has anyone tried

to use this brand of yogurt instead of making his or her own homemade yogurt?
