Guest guest
I was just wondering; if we have to soak all of our beans before eating them, and the peanut is technically a legume like a bean, how come we don't have to soak peanuts? Not that I'd even know how to do that really. But does anyone know? After all, we don't have to soak fresh lima beans or peas, but we do have to soak dried ones. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle
