Hi ,

If I might suggest, EAT MORE PROTEIN, EAT MORE FAT, and try not to

eat the carbs. Noticed you had pancakees, corn, and macaroni....these

along with the 2 portions of skim milk are all almost pure sugar in

the end. How about eggs and bacon instead of pancakees, anything

instead of macaroni....cold cuts, peanut butter, nuts, cheese, etc.

Corn is pure starch, sugar!. How about more beef with gravy, chicken,

duck, steak, ham, fish in butter plus a little broccli and salad with

dressing. A lot more filling, nutrutious and way less carbs. Skim

milk is really filled with extra sugar instead of the fat...try

2%...less sugar! How about eating bigger quantities more

often...keeps metabolism and head hunger proper. Try not to drink

while you eat, or after, food stays longer, you feel satisfied.

EAT MORE PROTEIN< MORE FAT, Less carbs.

40 pounds is 40 pounds....be proud of that accomplishment, lot more

to come.
