Guest guest Posted October 14, 2009 Report Share Posted October 14, 2009 hi, i am 60 years old with pf that was dx about 18 months ago. about a year ago i came down with a T5 fracture. i had surgery, but i am still in a wheel chair slowly learning to walk again. on. oxygen 24/7 at 3L. i get winded just transferring from chair to chair, especially if i do not breath correctly. presently my pulmonary doctor is evaluating me for a possible lung transplant. mega lab tests still pending. does anyone out there have some breathing exercises i can do to increase my volume/reserve ? you know what i mean. any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks, rich Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
