High Calorie intro foods

Hi everyone, I have been flaring for about a month now, but I think I am finally

starting to feel a little better:) I have been eating the intro diet - mainly

soup, jello, occasional yogurt and apple muffins (not intro, but needed some

substance) for most of this time. I have lost a lot of weight and my doctor

really wants me to gain weight or at least stop losing it. I am looking for

suggestions of food to eat that would be high calorie, but still easy to digest.

Any tips would be great. Thanks in advance!
