Guest guest
#1: Does anyone know about a Catholic who is GFCF and taking Holy Communion? #2: Does anyone know if we can use any of the special foods we purchase for our child and tests that we pay for ourselves not covered by insurance as tax deductions? #3. I am wondering about the phenols(?) I keep reading about on this board. I would like someone to give me a brief summary of what to look for to see if that is an issue for my sons, and the biggest culprits. Do I need to remove all phenols(?) too then add one back and look for reaction? SO much to learn and relying on all the experts out there for help. Thanks so much & God Bless you all and your families. We all need all the strength we can get! D

I am not Catholic, but I would suggest you discuss this with your pastor/priest. > > #2: Does anyone know if we can use any of the special foods we purchase for > our child and tests that we pay for ourselves not covered by insurance as tax > deductions? If they are medically indicated by rx, then you can deduct the cost [or cost difference] as a medical expense on your 1040 schedule A. Here is more information on that from a celiac perspective, but it would qualify for non-celiac also, so long as you have an rx that indicates these foods/tests are required. http://www.celiac.com/tax.html > > > #3.
