That IS the definition of restless leg syndrome. For me that happens in both

legs each and every time I try to sleep and doesn't go away except when I get up

and walk. (It's hard to walk and sleep at the same time :) )

I'm glad it's better for you on SCD too! I feels so good to be hopeful about

some day getting off narcotics. I'm the kind of person who never even took

aspirin for a headache and now I have to worry about the affects of taking

oxycodone every night. So to have not only have no D after four years of misery,

but also the hope of improving the RLS, well, hope is a wonderful thing. Hurrah

for SCD!
