S. Boulardii and the immunosuppressed

I recommended s. boulardii to someone on another board, and she asked her

pharmisist about it. He told her it was a yeast based bacteria that can cause

Fungemia in people who are immunocompromised, and since she is on Remicade, the

pharmacist recommended against it. I thought I'd mention it her just in case

this really might be a problem.
