Hi Carole,

I read with interest your comments about acting " like an airhead "

when on the phone with the insurance gal. I guess I am new at this

and maybe a little dense, but why did feel you had to do that? I am

really interested in your reply and the ins and outs of the insurance

battle, since I am fighting one of my own. Any info you could givve

me would be helpful. And good luck with your DS surgery!
