Guest guest
We have discovered, through a stool sample test, that our two year old has a major Candida infestation. We have started her on Nystatin. The nutritionist warned me that we could get a major die-off reaction and may want some activated charcoal on hand or some Alka-seltzer Gold to help counteract the die-off effects. I just don't know how much to give her and when, in relation to the the Nystatin and/or food. Thanks, Deborah
Guest guest
Deborah, my son has the same problem and we are using the nystatin also...the only die off reactions we experienced were in the first few days and he was just a little moody and had really red eyes...but we didn't have to use anything to counteract it.
