SCD legal Bacon brands (are there any)

Hi...I know that Elaine Gottschall said that Bacon was legal (once a week) but,

I noticed that the majority of bacon brands out there are sugar-cured.

Was she saying that this type of sugar-cured bacon was legal (once a week) or a

SCD-legal brand of bacon. I'm really confused.

The last brand of bacon I bought (sugar-free) from Kroger made me ill. I was

wondering if there are any decent non-sugar cured brands of bacon that are

decent.
