Guest guest
Hi my doctors have me on these for my chrons, immodium for my severe diorreha and fresubin drinks for calories as my weight is under 7 stone where my normal healthy weight is usually 9 and a half to 10 stone ( i have had a bad 2 years and things are not improving as im not responding to humira therefore been on and off prednisilone for the last year and a half and im worried as they dont dont seem to be helping my weight gain or my diorreha, I've been on scd over 3 weeks now and as i cant go too advanced on the more high calorie foods im actually losing that bit more weight. My scd diet consists of (For breakfast), butter & chedder cheese in my scrambled eggs.(For lunch), chicken soup. yoghurt, honey and banana smoothie(small amounts after my meals),(For dinner)pureed carrots, steam cooked veg of tomatoes, onions, peppers, squash, mushrooms with either burger patties, boiled or roast chicken breast, turkey, grilled salmon, tuna(tinned in sun F oil).(For drinking) juiced grapes and juiced apples, ginger & peppermint tea. Ive even made scd sandwich bread, mayonnaise, and cinnamon cookies which contain almound flour even though almound flour is advanced at stage 1. So should i take immodium to help the diorreha and more importantly the frsubin drinks to help me gain weight again, I'l list ingredients of the fresubin drink below, Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks Mark.
