Height Prediction Question

Hi. I've read a lot about advancing bone age and I am curious to how

this plays out in our kids height predictions. Autumn is following

her height curve consistantly (her weight comes and goes though) and

I can follow it up to 18 yrs of age to predict her future height as

of now, but the question is if her bone age advances does it lower

the height due to less growth? She is 14 mos and has had one bone

age done by her geneticist to see if delayed, her endo said she is

too young for it to be accurate yet and will do another in 1-2 yrs to

check. Is this something that needs to be done every year to keep

track? Unfortunatly, I will not get to see Dr. H for awhile time

although I would really like to, so I am trying to be as informed as

possible because as much as my docs know, they don't know as much as

they need to about RSS/SGA.

One question about seeing Dr. H, how do we get insurance to cover it

when out of state? I am in Ohio. I would like to look into this for

maybe this fall or winter.

Thanks

mom to Autumn RSS 14 mos 16 lbs 27 inches miralax, periactin

baby girl due in July

Ocean 2 1/2 35 3/4 inches 29 1/2 lbs miralax funny little guy

Skye 6 1/2 43 inches 35 lbs ocd, sid, anxiety disorder, being

evaluated for autistic spectrum disorder, undergoing tests for size

and weight, hasn't gained in 7 mos, enlarged hard lymph node in

uncommon place (according to doc) on bottom front neck and is being

monitiored. AHHH! Good thing that can't be heard.
