I was wondering this...because it seems like I never go through an entire batch

in one week (since I was only doing a teaspoon at a time...)

I hate wasting...and was wondering how long can homemade yogurt stay good. I

read that it can last a " week " but, is it possible for it to last longer or

should I just throw it out and start over fresh?
