Hi,

It would be great to have periodic recipes for those of us not trying

to gain wt on SCD.

I too have to be careful: nuts! Nut flour/butter goodies= caloric.

I have had intermittent success w sweet meringues, and a version of

the Souffle Bread [? Marilyn's?] with Parm Cheese on top-- grated and

sprinkled. Lots of flavor, few calories.

Also, when in season, a go-to food for me: artichokes. And apples.

Love to hear any other ideas that have been helpful!

Speaking of these; do you think they would work substituting a

different cheese for the parmesan?
