Guest guest
Hi, It would be great to have periodic recipes for those of us not trying to gain wt on SCD. I too have to be careful: nuts! Nut flour/butter goodies= caloric. I have had intermittent success w sweet meringues, and a version of the Souffle Bread [? Marilyn's?] with Parm Cheese on top-- grated and sprinkled. Lots of flavor, few calories. Also, when in season, a go-to food for me: artichokes. And apples. Love to hear any other ideas that have been helpful! Speaking of these; do you think they would work substituting a different cheese for the parmesan?
