Hi and 's tomato juice

I had posted a few times a few months back, but then I went off the diet after a

busy time in my life. Well, my symptoms have returned, and I'm starting over

with the diet.

I read on Pecan Bread that 's canned tomato juice is legal, but my

grocery store only has the juice in plastic bottles. The ingredients are tomato

juice from concentrate (water, tomato concentrate) salt, ascorbic acid. Is this

okay?
