Guest guest
They say when the doctor writes it up, that is the first request. When it goes to the medical group, that is the first appeal. When you appeal the medical group's decision to Health Net... that is your Last appeal before the DHMC. Unfortunately, I was stupid or ignorant or both, because I just called them and didn't do a written appeal because I thought I still had an appeal. That was before I found this group (or any other group)... I was just going it on my own. Thus, my appeals are all wasted. I am still sending them a written appeal, and the person today said she would at least read it because I was rotten enough to say that she was putting a gun to my head because that was the only option she was leaving me. It was stronger than I feel, but I guess somewhat spoken out of the depths of my upset. ..... And please no one think I am suicidal... I am frustrated almost beyond reason, but I am not suicidal. Besides... I only have to wait out life, and it will take care of itself. ..... Elle Re: health net troubles > Ohhhhh! Oh Elle. Remember that they tell us these things to wear us > down.
