Guest guest
I asked my surgeon about Flagyl and she was unwilling to prescribe it for long-term use. She said it kills ALL the bacteria in the intestants which allows BAD bacteria to grow. Maybe when the diarrhea gets better, I could try it for a short time and all will get better. Do you take it long-term? thanks, gobo -- In duodenalswitch@y..., editorking@h... wrote: > I am at 9 months post op and while the diarrhea is better the gas is > not, what works is Flagyl and a good strong north wind. > > > > > > I have a question about Diarrhea and Gas. > > My surgery was 3 months ago and my recovery > > was almost entirely unremarkable.
