Guest guest
> > I'm wondering if the tender roast is really not GFCF, I just got a letter from KFC that states all their chicken products contain gluten (as well as the BBQ Baked Beans, biscuits and sandwich buns (duh!).) They also said the biscuits, pot pie and mashed potatoes contain sodium casienate (their spelling, I don't think it's right). The letter said " (this does not include items including whey) " after the gluten section, so I don't think they are very tuned into this whole thing (plus the fact that it took almost a month and a somewhat nasty note to their website to get something other than the standard nutritional sheet (3 copies, each sent separately) and a sheet on diabetic exchanges (2 copies)). This all despite a very specific initial request. If they're in the food business and are this clueless, I don't think I want to eat there, either!
