Guest guest
So, I'm not sure that I'm allergic to nuts, but I'm finding at least almond butter/flour leads to my fistula acting up. I had none for about 5 days and tried a small almond butter brownie square last night and bingo - today it is irritated! In addition, I ate yellow onion chopped up in a burger last night, and that following previous experiences has led me to believe that I cannot do yellow onion - major bloated this morning and many trips to the BR. My question is...is it possible that I'd be okay eating hazelnut or some other flour based goods? Probably trial and error? I am pretty sure pecan does not agree w/ me either. I probably should just lay off nuts altogether for a while... Tasha SCD 6/04 CD 7/
