Guest guest
We have just finished our first week being GFCF as best as I can tell. I am sure I have accidently given him some carmel coloring or flavorings but I figure I will catch those as I grow in knowledge. I read something on this list about epson salt baths. This is new to me, what is this, what is it suppose to do, etc.? Also, are egg noddles GFCF? What about Dinty Beef Stew? I wouldn't think it would be GFCF, but I thought I saw it on a GFCF list? My only big problem so far has been bread. My son loves ham sandwiches or PB sandwiches. Sandwiches would be really nice to pack and take to church dinners, etc. where I know the food would not be GFCF. However, won't touch the rice bread from " Food for Life " I bought at the health store. He has always had whole wheat bread. Is there a GFCF bread similar in taste and texture as whole wheat bread? Guest guest
Someone recommended the Ener-G Seattle Brown Bread. It is very good and looks like wheat bread. I ordered it from www.ener-g.com. Kim > We have just finished our first week being GFCF as best as I can tell.
