bad adrenal problems and what do I do in stage 1??

Hey everyone,After struggling with adrenal hyperplasia for a couple years now I thought i was pretty savvy. Well, now that I had to go back to intro and am now in stage 1, and I pushed myself too far, and now they are kicking my ass with bad symptoms, and I am being extremely ineffective at mitigating it because all my old helpers are off limits in stage 1 and will I guess make things worse.

I having a really hard time with this, and would extremely welcome any suggestions or advice. it's getting pretty bad.Thanks,
