Guest guest
if your body learns the route to pain it is harder to control. If you never let the pain develop really high you will have better all over pain management.>>>>>> good point, i. When I had my gall bladder out I woke up in the elevator as they were taking me to my room and the pain meds had worn off and I tell you.....it was the most horrible pain I have ever endured! It took them a long time to control it after that and then when they had me get up and walk to the bathroom I thought they were trying to kill me! (you never heard me scream before this!!) Pain control is so very important for your recovery. I hope that never happens to me again! (The epidural was a blessing with the DS after what I went thru with the gall bladder removal!) hugs, Judie
