Please see my prior post to Pat, it should answer your questions.

PS- Be careful on how fast you " digest " the material, since

it makes a difference as to how it all " comes out in the

end " . Perhaps rather messily so you may need to be near the

bathroom. Or on the flipside an enema may be more

appropriate……now wouldn't that be pleasant. Enough

By the way, if I want things to come out fast, all I have to do is

eat at Mac 's. After all, it is not called fast food for

nothing.
