EXERCISE, HAIR LOSS, & WLS

I am wondering if exercise has any effect on the areas that later a lot of

people have to have plastic surgery on. Like the inner thighs, the apron,

etc... Or is this mainly a waist of time? Can someone tell me HONESTLY. With

my nausea, I just don't seem to have the strength! I'm loosing weight fine,

so the exercise wouldn't be for that. I'm just wondering if it is already to

late for things (skin & muscle) that have been stretched out of shape for 10

years?

Also, I am about 4 months post op and experiencing the dreaded " hair loss " .

Is there ANYTHING anyone has tried or is still using for this problem? It's

not real bad, but enough that I notice it! Someone help! And, how long can I

expect this to go on?!

I take a great deal of pride in my hair. It does grow back, I assume, and

when? Just tell me how long I have to bare this problem!

Also, for all of you out there not knowing whether to tell people you weight

loss is due to this wonderful surgery we've been lucky enough to have. I say

go for it! I always do and I have had so many wonderful talks about it with

family, friends, and people I don't even know that well. They are all so

interested and want to know the differences between the DS surgery I've had

and the " others " they've heard about. I tell them all I can. This goes for

all of my doctors as well. They want to know the ins and outs too. I feel

it's our job to help educate these people. Because we all know that the word

needs to get out! People need to know about this great surgery! So don't

worry about what people think, you just may be wrong. This is my finding

anyway!

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me with these questions!!!
