Guest guest
One of the things to remember when dealing with a candida overgrowth is that you may need to cut back on the high-carb foods, but you eat more of the lower and medium carb foods to compensate. And add more fats, if possible. You still want and need the calories to supply energy for your body. You just choose different foods and eat a lot of them. A candida elimination diet could be considered low-carb, but it isn’t low-calorie. You have to eat a lot more of those foods that are low to medium carb, and you need to increase the “good” fats, in order to maintain the calorie count that your body requires. You also might need to eat more frequently in order to maintain the day’s calorie count. Kim M. How many carbs were you having before?
