Guest guest
I don't know if this is just a product of the state I live in or if there is some substance to this. I went in for my rehab today and they informed me that I had a short period at my last exercise workout where my heart rate jumped to 145. They have informed my pulmo dude and said I may have to give up coffee (everyone in Utah seems to want you to give up your coffee). I don't drink coffee before my workouts, I save it for after. I was raised in Minnesota where you cannot go to a friend's home without a pot of coffee being brewed. I have had every doctor in Utah tell me I should quit drinking coffee because it isn't good for me. I really hate it when other belief systems are put upon me and I would have a very difficult time giving up my 2 cup a day habit. I don't think 16 oz. is too much. I could understand having a " pot on the stove " all day and having one cup after another might not be harmful, but really folks... 16 oz a day (some days it is only 8 oz). Any one care to shed some light on the caffeine/coffee subject?
