Guest guest
I bet you will actually find yourself hungry in the mornings. I was a confirmed " no breakfast " eater since junior high school (about 40+ years ago), but since the BPD/DS I find I am actually hungry in the morning and eat breakfast. On work days I take cottage cheese or those breakfast buritos or a peanut butter/jelly sandwich to eat at my desk. On weekends I cook bacon and eggs or ham and eggs or sausage and eggs or spam and eggs or hash and eggs (because my DH does not eat cereal), and I eat them. Of course in the beginning (last year) I only managed to eat 1/2 an egg and maybe 1/2 slice bacon, but can eat 2 eggs, 3 slices bacon and some toast now. This morning I made Pillsbury biscuits and SOS. For those not from the military, SOS is scrambled hamburger with a flour/milk gravy you serve either over toast (called the shingle, or biscuits. No, the first S does not stand for Scrambled. But, I digress. So, yes, after 40 years of not eating food until way past noon everyday, I now eat breakfast. I actually am hungry after I get up. Not immediately after I get up, but within 1 to 2 hours. BB Cat Woman Wicca maybe, Born again Pagan for sure
