Guest guest
We are reimplementing the GFCF diet again. This was our 5th infringement test over the course of the 18 months we have been GFCF (Strict 9, then infringement-1, Then on 3 months, then off...so on) This was our longest time off. Shane was off diet for 6 weeks, and slowly spiraling downhill. We started enzymes 3 weeks ago, but it did not solve his problem. (We are and will still use Peptyzyde & HN-ZymePrime) Yesterday after 2 slices of pizza, he had a fit like he hasn't had since the last infringement. Uncontrollable, screaming & crying like a mad man...Today, 24 hours later, he has calmed down significantly (back on GFCF that is) This diet is a neccesity, and I believe we will not stray again until there is a digestive cure.. Thought I would share again-Shari- Shane-7 (from autistic to Development delayed)

Did you notice ANY difference at all with the enzymes (even if it make the situation worse? One more question, is there any possibility of celiac? Thank you. . Two things to remember...Newest research shows that celiac is TWICE as common as Crohn's disease, ulceric colitis and cystic fibrosis COMBINED. Something like 2 out of 3 people who have celiac are asymptomatic...they have no idea they have any problem. ---------------------------------------------- Jay Bigam Marketing and Information Technology Manager Kinnikinnick Foods Inc. www.kinnikinnick.com Toll Free: 1-
