" not sure -sorry -but really 1/2 and 1/2 is quite thick as a yogurt -i drip it too -yum! " That's what I do too! At first I used whole milk, coming from using 2% milk pre-SCD I figured that would be thick enough. But there is really no going back after having dripped half and half yogurt.
