I've been eating almond flour again. It actually seems to make me feel better and my BM's have had a bit more volume from them, despite the occasional bit of B.Is it possible the B comes from not having had BM's that were thick or formed for so long that they are now widening their way through my tract?

i have them daily - i think the white are yeast and/or zuc seeds as well and i have black that i think is my pecan meal flour - do you eat that? i could be way off - lol! just thoughts
