Guest guest
we're corn free at the moment and i don't know of a book that gives the ins and outs of cornfree...if you find one please let me know but my one bit of advise is to use the spectrum shortening in place of marg. it's so hard to find any gfcf shortening or marg. that is gfcf and corn free miss robens has lots of corn free products, thats were i get the shortening. hope this helps a little.... Guest guest
Going corn free is tough, especially if you are soy free, as well. I couldn't find one gfcfsfcf butter substitute until I started clarifying my own butter...sometimes known as ghee. It's working great! It's also a way to get some much-needed fats into my almost treat-free 2 year old. __________________________________________________
