Guest guest
, I'm sorry you've had a bad day. The good thing about bad days is that you have a place like this you can go to. You have a whole family of folks that understand and willing to listen. I'll keep my fingers crossed that tomorrow is better. 34 FL IPF dx 1/06 > > > >From: <johnsbatik (AT) yahoo (DOT) com> > >Subject: Hell of a day > >To: Breathe-Support@ yahoogroups. com > >Date: Thursday, November 12, 2009, 5:14 PM > > > > > >Â > >Been the worse day ever with this *^ & *^%$$ disease; > >More emotionally than ever. Guest guest
I am not the best at expressing things, but , realistically, some times life just sucks. For example, when monthly income is less than house payment. The rain has caused a major leak in the living room. Your ex called just to irritate you. However, in the middle of all the frustration and anger something happens. And the next day, or the next hour, or the next moment things will get better. Just take a step back, and try to not focus on the worst day. Life will get better, one way or the other. Not trying to sound like Pollyanna, but last 4 days have been miserable here. I know what I am talking about. Friday will be a better day. Vent all you want and need to. We all have our moments of anger, fear, frustration and misery. We share the good and the bad. That is life.Later,IPF/NSIP 08 NCSubject: Hell of a dayTo: Breathe-Support Date: Thursday, November 12, 2009, 5:14 PM Been the worse day ever with this *^ & *^%$$ disease; More emotionally than ever. Guest guest
... I do understand about days from hell! I think we've all had one at one time or another. Like wrote, it's good to come here, where we can 'let 'er rip'. In fact, I'm getting ready to send my own post. Cheer up, things could be worse. So I cheered up and sure enough, things got worse!
