There is an Anglican Church in America which is distinguished from the

Episcopal Church. The Anglicans, here and elsewhere, differ in practice

and politics from Episcopalians. The churches are affiliated but

independent and have more in common in the past than the present, to my

mind. I think both would support surgery! :-)

I knew that this list would be a great place for me to bring up MY

religious concerns about surgery. Your response certainly has

confirmed that.
