Guest guest Posted May 5, 2010 Report Share Posted May 5, 2010 I forgot to tell you that you should stop probiotics like 2 days before and during stool work and also don't use any activated charcoal. If you can eat something that kind of gives you the runs (like strong coffee or non diluted juice works for me) that will help some pf those bacteria shed their lining.
