Approval from Blue Shield?

Has anyone been approved in California who has Blue Shield HMO+, who

was went to a doctor out of their medical group. I do not have a doc.

in my medical group that can do the DS. This will help in my appeal

if I can state that they have approved it before. Maybe those people

can help me with suggestions for my appeal.
