It all depends. For me, soft-boiled eggs were one of the first foods I was able to introduce and do well on. Other people have had to wait several months before introducing eggs. One of the things which is strongly recommended is that you keep a food diary, noting down day, date, time, and what you eat -- and also keeping track of your symptoms. That way, you can go back, and if you see that certain symptoms always occur when you eat certain foods, you will know that you may not be tolerating that food at this time and that more healing is required. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle

Guest guest
i will. i feel desparate for this to work. i dont even want to think about having part or all of my colon removed. im a 33 yr old fit father of a 6, 4, and 2 yr old and the looming consequences of failing medicine and diet dont sit well w/ me. Meaning they aren't healing and they give up before anything good can happen because of discouragement.
