5 lbs potatoes (peeled, cooked, & drained)

1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese-THEY DO MAKE GF/CF SOUR CREAM-YOU COULD TRY THAT

(PERSONALLY, I DID NOT LIKE IT)-OTHERWISE USE MORE GF/CF SOY MILK & GF

MARGARINE

1 cup half & half cream-USE GF/CF SOY MILK-IT HAS A NUTTY FLAVOR SO IT IS

ACTUALLY BETTER

1/2 cup butter - USE GF MARGARINE

FOR SPICES-I JUST USE SALT & PEPPER but...

1 tsp. onion salt -IF THIS IS NOT GF, YOU COULD FINELY CHOP SCALLIONS &

SPRINKLE ON TOP OR INTO THE POTATOS FOR AN ONION FLAVOR

1 tsp. seasoned salt-I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS GF, IF NOT, USE A LITTLE PAPRIKA

INSTEAD

ALSO, FINELY CHOPPED OR ROASTED GARLIC(IS CREAMIER) IS VERY GOOD MIXED IN

WITH THE POTATOS

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

I hope this helps!

We have been GFCF for only 1 1/2 months. I was hoping someone could help me

convert the family Thanksgiving mashed potatoe recipe.

5 lbs potatoes (peeled, cooked, & drained)

1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese

1 cup half & half cream

1/2 cup butter

1 tsp. onion salt

1 tsp. seasoned salt

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Mix everything together and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Thanks for your help.

I have used Mocha Mix for a substitute for Half and Half - it

probably isn't as healthy as soy or rice milk, but it is creamy and I

use it in my coffee...

GF/CF sour cream was mentioned (I like the Tofutti one

but not the Soymage). The Tofutti Better than cream

cheese is also GFCF isn't it?
