My program does not have a option that is called " evening food " so my " snack " is

the food I eat on the evening (between 8-9) and my snack in the day. So I don't

eat all the " snack " at once.

I have tried zucchini before and I did not tolerate it or like it. I want to try

again. I just need to prepare and bake it so it taste good. Last time it was

horrible.. Maybe I will saute it in coconut oil and then ad some water so it

could boil.

I have taken OAT 2 times. First time it showed a very high clostrida and next

time yeast/fungus/bacteria. So there is definitely something going on in my gut.

But it did not show anything on oxalate.

OAT is not the best alternative to check for yeast. My DAN! doc also told me

that but the other test are so expansive. But I am going to take a CDSA test now

and send to great plaine labratorie.

I haven't tried mango. I just gave up fruit.. I ate 1/2 pear like pearsauce for

3 days and then I reacted to it. So I stopped.. I ate 1 table spoon ripe banana

for a couple of days. Then I wanted to eat 3 table spoon, and then I reacted..

I wanted to drink orange juice so I diluted 1/2 cup juice with 2 cups water. And

it went okey for several days before I reacted to it. So I guess I do tolerate a

certain amount of fruit. I just not know how much and how often. And it is not

fun with stomach pain and diarhea/constipation. Thats why I gave up..

I only use coconut oil when I fry thing in the pan. And I am not able to buy a

legal s boulardi, it contains lactose :(

My nutritionist have sent me 4 supplements now. Bio Gest, S.A.T, Calcium

d-glucarate and taurine. So for the next 4 weeks I will start with this and see

what happenes.

Last sunday I had a terrible stomach pain. Have never had it that bad before. I

ran to the toilet and I have never had so much bm.. The toilet was full.. It was

just like my gut said - I don't want to have anything inside me any more.

Everything came out. In the beginning it was " nice " bm but the more I pooped the

looser and more diarhea it became.

I really don't know why this happened. The pain was horrible.

The same happened on thuesday after I ate some eggs. I am thinking that maybe on

of the egg was bad. But the pain was not so bad that day.

Thanks for all your help.

SCD and wanting you to stay on it, he probably isn't going to recommend any

illegal ingredients in your supplements -- check to be sure though. It sounds

like you don't have enough stomach acid, did he run any tests to verify this?

now, your doctor thinks it is not in your best interest to eat those things. It

won't be forever. Lots of people have trouble eating nuts and fruits at the

beginning. Did you ask him the reason he believes you need to be low oxalate --

some test he did or symptoms you have that would correlate with the need to be

low oxalate?

if there is a problem elsewhere in the body (I believe it is the liver), can

lead to high ammonia levels when the protein is broken down in the body.

long for the bacteria to act on all/most of the lactose and milk protein. You do

not have cow milk protein nor lactose in coconut milk. I would think that unless

you added lots of honey or other natural sweetener, the bacteria would actually

die of starvation by the 24 hour mark. It is possible he knows of a study that

show that you might not be getting as much good bacteria in 10 hours with

coconut milk as you would 24 hours with cow's milk, but coconut milk also

provides other benefits -- antibacterial properties in the fat for one thing.

course, if you disagree based on good logic and science, you aren't required to

take his advice.
