Is Bob's Red Mill coconut flour legal? If so, I'm going out to buy some because

that sounds like it would be good for bread.

It's legal, but some people have trouble with it. I personally like

Tropical Traditions coconut stuff.

If you sign up for the Tropical Traditions newsletter, they regularly

have sales on things.... I just watch for a sale on what I want to order.
