great idea -- but i do not have a favorite flower -- there are too many that i like -- many years ago, i would have said roses, but now lilies and day lilies are among my favorites -- so are phalanopsis orchids -- and portcelaca (spelling???) -- irises -- etc, etc, etc

Hi Air Family,

I was just replying to a Post by Roxanne & had a thought to let the Newbies know what the Flower Signatures were about.

Then I had ANOTHER thought .....well a bright idea really...I've created a new Photo Album so that we could post our Flowers in the one spot to easily check & see what each person's chosen emblem was.

I've put AAA at the Front of the Title to make sure it stays as the first Album on the PHOTOS page..just to make it easy to find!

If anyone HATES this idea just let Beth know & she can do a head count & DELETE if she sees fit!

So everybody is welcome to dream up the Flower of their choice that they would use as a 'Personal Signature Emblem' & find a piccy & add it to the said Photo Album. Let us know in your Photo Title who you are & the name of your Flower. There is a Comments field that will show up under you Flower after your picure is added to the Album. Here you can explain why you've chosen the Flower.

Hi ,

Some time back this Forum started a thread where some of us chose a Flower Emblem to add at the end of our Signatures. Since I always post direct to the Message Board from the Web site I've never found a way to add my Flowere Emblem soooooo

I just had a bright idea to create a special Flower Emblem Album in our Web Sites' PHOTOS section. The Flower album is the first Album...just download a picture of your chosen flower emblem.....it's another way of getting a more 'personal' idea of each other.

Now Miss Pink Joyce I'm not gunna let you off the hook that easily......I've got LOADS of fave flowers too..BUT which one says something about YOU....which of your fave flowers somehow reflects your personality or outlook or physicality or sense of humour or artistic leanings or SOMETHING!

I looked at the 2 Nasturtium piccies & the first one made me think of Sher straight away...I Think it was something to do with it being set in the Pottery container (made me remember her Tea Pressies!) & the strong orange colour reflects her strong voice on this Forum. That's what I get from the exercise anyways...

Hi Gita,

It's the same process that you tool when you uploaded photos of your Family.

!. You need to have a Picture of Jasmine in your own Computer's Pictures Folder.

2. Go to the Web site Message Board & locate the Photo Albums Link

3. The Flower Album is the first one in the List ..click it open & then click on ADD PHOTO.

4. Follow the instructions just as you did when you put up your family photos...it'll let you browse through your own computer files to find where you have stored you Jasmine Photo.

Sher, if you haven't already done so, save your image or photo into your Picture Management Program (Photoshop or Windows Picture Manager osr some similar program). There will be an EDITNG TOOl that allows you to compress the picure to a smaller size.

I always make copies of any compressed images & keep them in a separate Folder so I can find them easily.

When you go to the Albums on our Web site & add your photo use the Browse option to find your newly compressed image & insert it!
