Apple cider vinegar...legal?

Does anyone know if apple cider vinegar is legal?

Also, why would one's body crave fat? I am trying to keep my fat content down,

and every night my body craves something fat(nuts seem to do the trick). Any

hints with this?

Apple cider vinegar without the mother is legal.  But I don't get into the 'mother' and why Bragg's is not legal so I can only say grocery store brand is legal.  Bragg's with amino acids has the mother which is a yeast (I think) and can be strained out (I think) and maybe a moderator can explain.

 

It's good stuff.  I like and use it more than any vinegar.
