I wonder too what causes it to reoccur.

Sher, Thanks...I'm steady again!!!

I'm not going to try to figure it out either!

The exercise she showed me actually moves those

crystals in the inner ear back to the right place in the canal.

It works but getting the vertigo slightly when I do the exercise the

first time

makes be very queasy! Then after the third time every thing is great

again.

I have had no other episodes that were not part of the treatment!

I did not fall or hit my head or anything like that. All I did was sit

up with

the HRCT technician's help after my HRCT!
