Guest guest
Jody, I hit a plateau at 6 to 9 weeks. I had lost 40 pounds then boom nothing. Then I started losing again, at almost 9 months out I have lost 113 pounds (131 from heaviest weight) So here is my advice to you. Your body has been through a great deal and needs time to adjust. You will hit plateaus from time to time, however different from all the other diets and programs before it is not a signal that you have failed or that you will re-gain. You paid for this surgery let it do it's job. Eat your protein, at least 60-90 grams, more if you can. Drink your water, drink your water, drink your water. Take your recommended vitamins, each and every day take a walk and relax Teri > My name is Jody and I am 2 months post-op and I do not seem to be > losing weight.
