I don't know...looks hokey to me. My husband had ulcerative colitis

until he had his colon out about 2 years ago at age 30. I think the

gfcf diet would have done more for him than the one listed on the

website.(Too bad we didn't know about it until recently) He could

not eat nuts, tomatoes or lettuce (still can't) with out a problem.

These are listed as ok in the site. However, what works for one may

not work for another.
