Guest guest
dr. rutledge, you have written that one of the revisions was on a person who had already lost 200lbs. did she start out weighing more than 350 (your weight limit that you have now?) and how much more did she want to lose? has she lost that additional weight? also, when a person has to have a revision due to losing to quickly, are you completely undoing the bypass so that they are back to the old size stomach, or just " revising " it so they will still lose? just a curious preop. leilla from claremont nc
Guest guest
, Have you read all of our replies to you? You are right on track. Why would any surgeon do a revision on you at this point when you are meeting statistically every objective that the surgery promises? I don't believe revisions would be done by any competent surgeon due to a client's impatience. Relax girlfriend. If you were to lose at a more rapid pace, your biggest concern should be uncontrollable loss and possible revision due to excessive weight loss. Breathe deep.
